About BCMRP

BCM Realty Partners LLC (BCM*) is a Newport-based, privately held real estate development company with a primary focus in Rhode Island and East Coast Markets.  BCM concentrates on both commercial and residential properties with over 3 million square feet of experience in condominium and multifamily development, stabilization and, management.  Specializing in the repurposing of large-scale buildings, many of the buildings we pursue are located in prime areas with a need for residential housing. Our goal is to provide high-end residential living that solves a need.
